Birdneck Animal Hospital Wants to Hear From You

Welcome back to our Birdneck Animal Hospital blog. We hope that you have been enjoying our posts about local happenings. We would like to tell you a little bit about ourselves and our plans for our blog. Veterinarian Dr. Wayne M. Johnson and our entire staff have always provided the very best veterinary care for pets. We know that a visit to a veterinary clinic, while essential, can be a stressful time for both you and your pet. Through this blog we hope to relieve those anxieties by allowing everyone to see a different side of what we do.


With this blog feature we are offering you a chance to see your veterinarian in Virginia Beach in a bit more personal light. Future blog posts keep up with what is going on with our staff and offer news from owners as well. Along the way we will focus on the various aspects of pet care and what to expect in the process. There will be features about everything from preparing for pet surgery to dental care for pets and everything in between.

We encourage these types of questions from visitors to our animal hospital and our blog. Flea and tick control can be especially bothersome this time of year so leave a comment with any questions. With summer vacation season around the corner we will also be featuring information about boarding pets.


We look forward to posting helpful information to our local pet owners on this blog. At the same time we also anticipate interacting with readers and learning more about what pet lovers would like to see here at our Birdneck Animal Hospital blog. We hope owners will visit often and feel welcome to leave whatever questions or comments they might have.
